Who we are

VANTA Creative ("VANTA", "we") provides video content, website design and equipment hire services in Birmingham and the West Midlands. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website (vantacreative.co.uk). Contact: vanta.promotion@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

• Enquiry, booking and audit forms: name, business name, email address and/or phone number, and any details you include in your message. We use these to respond to you and arrange calls or services (legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract / legitimate interests).
• Equipment hire: for first-time hires we also require photo ID and proof of address to protect our equipment (legitimate interests).
• Account data: if you create an account, your login email and order/enquiry history.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Where it's stored

Form submissions and account data are stored in Google Firebase (Google Cloud) and notification emails are delivered via Resend. Both providers process data under their own GDPR-compliant terms, and transfers outside the UK/EEA are covered by standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact. Client records: for the duration of our engagement plus the period required for tax and accounting (6 years). ID checks for hires: deleted after the hire concludes without issue.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict processing; and request portability. Email vanta.promotion@gmail.com and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This site currently uses only strictly-necessary storage (e.g. remembering your cart and session). If we introduce analytics or advertising cookies we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
